Stephanie Clota

Stephanie is an experienced leader, CEO and non-executive director. She has close to 20 years of experience in the health sector, with most of those supporting general practice.

Stephanie has training in law, governance, science and change management and is experienced in strategy, operational management and business development.

She has held management and leadership positions with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP), including bi-college projects with the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM), and with RTOs and SA Health.

Stephanie has deep experience in primary care, working with organisations that play a critical role in supporting and strengthening GPs to meet the health care needs of Australian communities.

She is passionate about working with organisations to improve lives and create positive social impact.

Dr Paul Dilena

Director Medical Education and Training

Paul is responsible for the specialised education and expert training solutions that GPEx provides to GP registrars. He is a practising GP who has worked across metropolitan and rural South Australia.

Paul oversees GPEx’s team of medical educators, leading our organisation’s focus on training excellence and innovation that sets us apart in our field. He also provides leadership to medical educators nationally through additional governance roles.

Paul has a strong background in medical education and previously held the positions of Director of GP Training at Flinders Medical Centre and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

He is a Quality Assurance examiner for the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, is completing a Masters in Clinical Education and holds postgraduate qualifications in Dermatology and Reproductive Health.
